Shipping timing

Orders are expected to ship within the stated listing or confirmation timeframe. If no specific timeframe is stated, the store should only accept orders it reasonably believes can ship within 30 days.

Preorders

Preorder items are not ready to ship immediately. Expected release or ship timing should be clearly disclosed on the product page or in the order confirmation message.

Delays

If a product cannot ship within the promised time, the customer should be notified with a revised date and a chance to cancel if they do not wish to wait.

Returns

Return eligibility, timing, item condition requirements, and responsibility for return shipping should be confirmed before final payment. Marketplace purchases made on eBay remain subject to eBay’s return and buyer-protection processes.
